Self-declaration

Only a fraction of Austrian companies have credit insurance and are therefore unknowingly jeopardizing their existence. It is therefore becoming increasingly important for brokers to educate and sensitize their clients to this risk. ACREDIA protects your B2B target group who deliver on open invoice and steps in in the event of payment defaults.

What information should I provide?

For a current credit assessment of your company, please answer the following questions or send the following documents by e-mail to financials@acredia.at

  • complete annual report including notes and management report for the last financial year
  • a target/actual comparison on a monthly/quarterly P+L basis of the figures for the current financial year
  • the budget and an outlook/forecast for the current financial year
  • Bank schedule (amount of lines, term, free framework, utilization, collateral)
  • Liquidity planning for the current financial year

We also have the following additional questions:

War in Ukraine/Russia

  • What proportion of sales have you generated in the countries concerned in the past two financial years?
  • Do you have trade relations, a subsidiary, a sales office and/or a production company in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus?
  • Is there a need for depreciation or how much have you already written off?

Interest rates & inflation

  • To what extent are you affected by the rise in interest rates in corporate financing?
  • Have you hedged against rising interest rates?
  • What other measures have you taken?
  • Have you agreed price escalation clauses with customers/suppliers?

Energy prices & availability

  • How energy-intensive is your business?
  • What safeguards are in place for energy prices and energy supply volumes? Are there long-term contracts?
  • Can you switch to other energy sources?
  • Is there a possibility of self-supply?
  • Do you take advantage of government energy cost subsidies?

COVID-19

  • Have you taken advantage of government aid/support (COVID-19) for your company? If YES, please describe which ones?
  • If YES, have you already repaid or refinanced these loans? Are you in refinancing negotiations?
  • Do you still have deferrals (tax office, ÖGK, bank loans)? If YES, how much longer?
